Founded by silicon valley on-demand marketplace professionals, Recovered Health is a talent marketplace engineered for community pharmacies and pharmacy talent. While launching Rx Delivered Now, the team quickly identified a need for both in-person and remote staffing. Not only did their partners face internal staffing issues but so did many of the prospects the team encountered.

Having experienced this in the on-demand economy, the team quickly pivoted to create a talent marketplace that would help local pharmacies combat staffing shortages, and burnout, as well as decreasing clinician numbers. Recovered Health is more than a job board, but is a community committed to completing the final mile of care.
